1. About Juncify

Juncify is a design-led apparel brand.
All t-shirts, hoodies, and other products sold on our website are designed by Juncify and produced on demand through a third-party fulfillment partner that handles printing and shipping.

Customers do not customize or personalize products.

2. Products & Fulfillment

  • All products are printed only after an order is placed

  • We do not hold physical inventory

  • Production and shipping are handled by a trusted fulfillment partner

Because items are produced on demand, all sales are considered final, except in cases outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Product Information & Appearance

We make every effort to display product images, descriptions, and colors as accurately as possible. However:

  • Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes

  • Minor variations in print placement or shade may occur

These differences are normal and do not constitute defects.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed on store.juncify.com and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue products at any time

  • Correct pricing or description errors

Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to:

Juncify is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because products are made on demand:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges

  • We do not provide a return address

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Lost or Returned Orders

Orders lost in transit or returned to the sender due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Rejection by the recipient

  • Unclaimed shipments

All designs, graphics, logos, text, and content displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Juncify.
