At Juncify, all t-shirts, hoodies, and apparel are designed by us and printed on demand through a trusted fulfillment partner once an order is placed. Because of this production method, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.
Please review the policy below carefully.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.
Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will:

Send a free replacement, or
-
Issue a refund if a replacement is not feasible or time-sensitive
Our priority is to resolve any quality-related issues quickly and fairly.
Color & Print Variations
We strive for accurate product representation, but please note:

Slight color differences may occur due to screen settings and printing processes

Minor variations in print placement or shade are normal
Printing is a chemical process, and 100% color consistency cannot be guaranteed. These minor variations fall within acceptable tolerance levels and are not considered defects.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, and the issue was not caused by shipping information provided by the customer, we will cover the cost of a replacement.
This includes:

Damage during shipping

Incorrect items or quantities

Manufacturing or print quality defects
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all Juncify products are printed on demand and made specifically for each order:

We do not accept returns or exchanges

We do not provide a return address
If you wish to place a new order for reasons unrelated to damage or defects, the cost of the new order will be your responsibility.
Lost Orders
If an order is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement order at no additional cost.
Returned to Sender Orders
Orders may be returned to the sender for reasons including:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

Shipment rejected by the recipient

Unclaimed packages
Returned items are typically disposed of and cannot be resent.
In these cases:

Please place a new order within 30 days of the estimated delivery date

If approved, the product cost may be refunded, and you will only need to pay for the shipping cost of the replacement order
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Juncify is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or insufficient addresses.
